Labor Day Weekend
Our main fundraiser is held on Labor Day weekend. During the “Summer’s Last Fling” our members volunteer as staff and help "run" camp by working in the dining hall and setting up activities for the guests. DETAILS>
Social and Wine Tasting Raffle Fundraiser
We hold a membership drive at the beginning of each camp session by holding a social and wine tasting and raffle.
Volunteer Work Weekends
"Friends" participates in special volunteer weekends where we complete tasks as requested by the camp manager. This is also a time where we may work on special projects such as the playground which was donated by Friends and installed in 2000. These weekends are held in early June (open camp) and October (close camp).

Friend's Supported the 2009 Youth & Teen Crab Feed
Friends helped to send Sacramento area youths to Camp by supporting the fundraiser Crab Feed held March 21s at Sam Pannell Community Center. This event is sponsored by the City of Sacramento Dept. of Parks and Recreation and donors such as Friends. Contact Allison for details. (916) 808-6098.
